Encompass Building Group was contracted by HMS Host for a Two Phase construction of the Concourse E Food Court located within Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. Phase One of the project consisted of expanding the existing building footprint by 2,200 sq. ft. and creating the shell for expansion of the Concourse E Food Court all while maintaining operation of the existing Home Team Sports Bar adjacent to the addition. Phase Two of the project was to demolish the existing Food Court and build a new 6,600 sq. ft. three concept food court consisting of Dale Earnhardt Jr's Whisky River Beer & Wings, PZA (Pizza-Meatball-Salads) and Starbucks.
